Anyway The 2009 Audi maintenance schedule says to change the DSG/S-Tronic fluid at 35K mi or 55 km. The transmission fluid was pretty easy to change but the fluids themselves were crazy expensive. You do need to buy some special tools to extract and refill the fluid, but it is not technically difficult.
